Projecting Visuals with Mieke Jay Visuals

Take part in a workshop this creative workshop to learn to project visuals to create a vibe, because when people experience art in community it is transformative and creates connection that enriches our lives. Friends of Clayoquot Sound present Mieke Jay, a multi media artist of european decent born and raised on the west coast of turtle island and currently living in “Roberts Creek” on the traditional territory of the Skwxwú7mesh and shíshálh Nations. Mieke is known for her colourful immersive installations; blending imagery of the natural world with dynamic patterns and effects. In her workshop, come learn about projecting visuals that can captivate, mobilize, transform, and inspire new levels of awareness, connection, and engagement.
