Salmon Confidential
Join Friends of Clayoquot Sound campaigner Emery Hartley every Thursday this summer in the Clayoquot Sound Theatre (across from the village green) as we discuss the political and ecological significance of Clayoquot Sound and watch a movie or listen to a guest speaker that will address the current environmental issues facing the Sound.
This week we are featuring the documentary "Salmon Confidential". This is a hard-hitting, entertaining film by Twyla Roscovich, featuring wild salmon advocate Alexandra Morton. The film explores the findings of the Cohen commission, and iterates why we can not count on our government to save our oceans from the noxious impacts of farmed salmon.
