Our new Clayoquot Protectors Circle acknowledges the special generosity of our members who have made a contribution of $500 or more (a single contribution or monthly donation of $42) in a calendar year. A gift this size can go directly toward specific campaign work, such as sponsoring the cost of a community outreach event in Tofino during the summer months, reaching hundreds of people, or towards supporting our Forest watch program, allowing our team of staff and volunteers to visit current and proposed logging sites to monitor what is happening in our forests.
Our Wilderness Protectors will be recognized for their generosity with a special yearly event held in Tofino which will include an invitation to a west coast salmon barbeque with our staff and board, a detailed update on our work and a guided boat trip through the Sound with interpretation of the ecological and cultural values and current logging and fish farm activity.
